Our Return & Exchange Guarantee

We offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and exchange process on most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order.

Please Note: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flatware & Utensils: Any items designed for direct food contact, such as cutlery and cooking utensils.

This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and specific instructions on where to ship your item. Please do not ship anything back without this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Timing: After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The funds will be issued back to your original method of payment.

Method: You will receive a credit via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies, but it typically takes 5-10 business days after we process it.

Please note that the original cost of Standard Shipping ($12.95) is non-refundable. If you selected free shipping, the value of the free shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange for the same item in a different color or style, we will process the shipment of your new item once we receive the returned product. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference.
