- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.

Our Returns & Exchanges Guarantee

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process on most items within 15 days of you receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following product category is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons:
- Flatware & Utensils: Any items designed for direct food contact, such as cutlery and cooking utensils.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and specific instructions on where to ship your item. Please do not ship anything back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Timing: After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Shipping Costs: The original cost of Standard Shipping ($12.95) is non-refundable. If you selected free shipping, the value of the free shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange for the same item in a different color or style, we will process the shipment of your new item once we receive the returned product. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference.
