When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send the shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

Shipping Information

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward return and exchange process on most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Item must be in the same condition as when received
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure health and safety, the following cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons:

• Flatware & Utensils: Any items designed for direct food contact, such as cutlery and cooking utensils

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions
3. Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Refunds

After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The funds will be issued to your original payment method. The original cost of Standard Shipping ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, the value of free shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same item in a different color or style, we will process shipment of your new item once we receive the returned product. If exchanging for an item of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
